Frontclear issues USD 35.1 million in 15 year notes

Frontclear is now open for Subscription!On 15 April 2015, Frontier Clearing Corporation B.V. issued its first 15 year notes to the value of USD 35.1 million to Frontier Clearing Fund Subordinated and Frontier Clearing Fund Junior. The KfW counter-guarantee is on the same date effective to the same value. FCC retains an additional USD 45 m in committed capital from Frontier Clearing Senior, which will be drawn by FCC as required to support portfolio growth. Additional issuance of notes by FCC would also automatically increase the counter-guarantee facility from KfW by the same amount.
